The 93% Club provides recruitment, marketing and consulting services to our employer partners through our social enterprise company, 93 Percent Talent Limited. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the charity, The 93 Percent Club Foundation, and 100% of profits from are reinvested within the charity to fund our life-changing social mobility programmes across the country as well as contributing to our charity overheads.
